D2D Sales Representative

We are looking for an energetic, confident, and target-oriented D2D ISP Sales Representative to promote and sell internet/FTTH services directly to customers. The candidate will visit residential areas, explain available internet packages, generate leads, and convert potential customers into new subscribers. Similar ISP D2D roles typically focus on customer visits, package explanation, lead generation, sales conversion, and achieving daily/monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct door-to-door sales in assigned areas.


• Promote ISP/FTTH internet packages and offers.


• Explain internet plans, pricing, benefits, and installation procedures.


• Identify potential customers and generate new leads.


• Convince customers and convert leads into new connections.


• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.


• Follow up with interested customers.


• Collect required customer information/documents.


• Maintain accurate records of leads and sales.


• Coordinate with the technical team for installation and activation.


• Provide basic information regarding internet services and packages.


• Submit daily sales and field activity reports.

Requirements

• Minimum SEE/+2 or equivalent.


• Freshers are welcome; previous sales/ISP experience is an advantage.


• Good communication and convincing skills.


• Energetic, confident, and self-motivated.


• Target-oriented and comfortable working in the field.


• Basic knowledge of smartphones and internet services.


• Ability to travel within the assigned area.


• Knowledge of the local area will be an advantage.


• Two-wheeler and valid driving license will be an advantage.
