D365 Business Central Consultant

Position Summary

The Enterprise ERP Solutions Consultant leads full-lifecycle implementations, optimization initiatives, and technical support for enterprise-grade ERP systems
. Serving as a key advisor to senior client personnel, this role translates complex operational requirements into strategic, scalable functional and technical solutions across manufacturing, projects, and inventory domains
.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end ERP implementation engagements while directly interfacing with executive client stakeholders to align system capabilities with business goals
  .

• Partner with cross-functional teams to design, configure, and deploy comprehensive solutions across diverse business domains, maintaining high implementation profitability and client satisfaction
  .

• Diagnose complex system issues, collaborate with technical development teams on product customizations, and deliver ongoing high-tier technical support
  .

• Conduct detailed requirements analyses to produce structured implementation roadmaps, technical documentation, risk findings, and actionable business recommendations
  .

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Information Technology, or an equivalent combination of professional experience
  .

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on implementation and technical support experience with modern cloud ERP solutions or legacy mid-market platforms
  .

• 3 to 5 years of functional specialization in Manufacturing, Projects, and Inventory modules, including a proven track record of delivering at least 10 full-cycle manufacturing implementations
  .

Preferred Qualifications

• In-depth understanding of core financial accounting principles and process manufacturing workflows
  .

• Prior experience configuring or supporting specialized process manufacturing ERP platforms
  .

• Strong collaborative mindset with demonstrated expertise troubleshooting complex system integrations and guiding client change management
  .
