Responsibilities and Duties (Essential Functions):
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
1. Identifies relevant new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets, to design plans for the designated territory.
2. Manages relationships and communications within the customer account, including internal stakeholders and partners required for a successful outcome.
3. Builds and maintains strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
4. Compiles lists of prospective customers for use of sales leads, based on information from websites, trade shows, email campaigns, referrals, and other sources. Continues to follow-up with proposed leads with legacy equipment, new equipment, and all products.
5. Meets or exceeds monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals set forth by management.
6. Enters new customer data and other sales data for current customers into database. (e.g., CRM, BIS, etc.)
7. Assists with the coordination of contracts and/or equipment agreement preparation.
8. Makes outbound calls daily to potential and existing customers by telephone, email, or social media, to qualify leads and sell products and services.
9. Manages all sales activities generated through the internet, including managing sales leads to businesses and current customers.
10. Review and analyze market opportunities and evaluate competitive and technology requirements needed to capitalize on opportunities. Understand current and future industry needs in the context of market dynamics to deliver business deals.
11. Investigates and resolves customer problems when needed and reports problems to direct supervisor.
12. Overcomes technical and business objections of prospective customers.
13. Clearly communicates the progress of sales initiative and shares challenges to closing sales with direct supervisor.
14. Stays within company pricing guidelines. Quotes for Bovistride Rx PCPM prices or changes to Bovistride Rx protocols requires the input of the direct manager.
15. May occasionally assist field services technicians with equipment issues identified by customer(s).
16. Attends sales meetings both in person and remotely on a regular basis.
17. Attends appropriate trade shows and maintains membership in organizations relevant to the industry.
18. Posts new content, answers comments, and shares materials from customers on social media sites with supervisor's approval.
19. Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned to meet business needs.
Requirements

Employment
1. Provide evidence of employment eligibility acceptable to state and federal standards.
2. Must be at least 21 years of age.
3. Able to pass pre-employment screenings.
Education and Experience
4. Requires a bachelor's degree or relevant work experience will be considered in lieu of education.
5. A minimum of five (5) years' sales experience in relevant industries.
Certification
6. Have and maintain a valid driver's license, in the state of residence, and a safe driving record meeting the company's vehicle policy and insurability standards.
Salary Description
Start at $75,000/annual plus commission and bonus
