Dairy Queen - Immediate Cake Decorator Needed

As a Cake Decorator, you will have the opportunity to be part of a team that prioritizes fan satisfaction and aims to be the world's favorite quick-service restaurant.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of professional cake decorating experience
• Ability to guide yourself in the production of cake orders
• Comfortable with standing for entire shifts and lifting up to 50 pounds
• Excellent communication skills with fans and co-workers
• Obtain ServSafe food certificate
• Ability to handle food products safely and maintain cleanliness
• Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure
• Interview will consist of decorating a cake(s) to showcase your ability

Job Function:

• Be an ambassador of the Dairy Queen brand and provide exceptional service
• Prepare food products following health and safety standards
• Operate and maintain restaurant equipment
• Address fan concerns and maintain a positive environment
• Work harmoniously with team members and management
• Passion for excellence and willingness to go the extra mile
