Dairy Supervisor

The Dairy Supervisor is responsible for supporting the daily operation of the Dairy Department by ensuring product availability, freshness, merchandising excellence, and exceptional customer service. This position assists with inventory control, department organization, associate training, and execution of company standards while helping achieve sales and profitability goals.

• Support daily Dairy Department operations and ensure efficient workflow.


• Maintain proper stocking, rotation, and replenishment of dairy products.


• Ensure shelves, displays, and coolers remain full, clean, and organized.


• Assist with ordering, receiving, and inventory management activities.


• Monitor product dates and remove out-of-code merchandise promptly.


• Help maintain department standards for cleanliness, presentation, and organization.

• Provide outstanding customer service and create a positive shopping experience.


• Assist customers with product selection, special requests, and product information.


• Address customer questions and concerns in a professional and timely manner.


• Promote a culture focused on customer satisfaction and service excellence.

• High school diploma or equivalent.


• Previous retail, grocery, or dairy department experience.


• Strong customer service and communication skills.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience.
