The Round Lake Area Park District Dance Program is more than a studio—it’s a creative community where passion, movement, and artistry come together. As we expand for Fall 2026, we’re looking for enthusiastic, skilled Dance Instructors to join our growing team. If you love sharing your expertise, inspiring students, and contributing to a supportive, dynamic environment, we’d love to connect with you.

Who We’re Looking For
• Passionate dancers and teachers experienced in at least two styles
• Previous teaching experience preferred (especially with children and teens)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to adapt teaching methods for varying ages, levels, and learning styles
• Availability for evening and/or weekend classes

• Modern
• Ballroom
• Cultural/World Dance
• Musical Theatre
We also welcome instructors with new styles and fresh ideas—help us shape the next chapter of our program.
What You’ll Do
• Teach engaging, high‑energy dance classes
• Inspire students and support their growth and confidence
• Choreograph routines for recitals and performances
• Create a positive, inclusive, and fun learning environment
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff
