Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess online user interactions to identify potential safety risks and policy violations.
• Conduct thorough analyses of reported incidents, providing recommendations for resolution and reporting findings to management.
• Provide support and guidance to users on safety policies, reporting mechanisms, and best practice standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance safety measures and develop effective user protection strategies.
• Stay informed on digital safety trends, emerging risks, and regulatory changes affecting online environments.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on safety incidents and trends to inform strategic initiatives.
• Participate in training and awareness campaigns to educate users about safe online practices.

• Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in digital trust and safety, content moderation, or a related analytical role is preferred.
• Strong understanding of online safety policies, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess incidents critically.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and support users.
• Proficiency with digital moderation tools and data analysis software.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
