Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries related to automotive services, vehicle features, and maintenance via phone, email, and chat in Danish.
• Provide accurate and detailed information about products, pricing, and service options.
• Assist customers in troubleshooting issues and coordinating service appointments.
• Document all customer interactions and maintain records in the CRM system.
• Work closely with sales and technical teams to resolve customer issues effectively.
• Stay current on automotive trends and product updates to provide informed assistance.

• Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in using customer service software and CRM tools.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
