Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding flight schedules, bookings, and aviation services via phone, email, and live chat in Danish.
• Assist customers with reservations, changes, cancellations, and special requests.
• Provide accurate information on travel policies, baggage regulations, and safety procedures.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently.
• Maintain thorough records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with various teams within the aviation sector to address customer needs.
• Stay updated on industry developments and service offerings to provide the best assistance.

• Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the aviation or travel industry, is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Proficient with computer systems and customer service software.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required.
