Danish Speaking Customer Service for Construction industry

Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer a position for Danish Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Construction industry. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about building and construction and enjoy providing excellent customer service. You will assist customers with their inquiries, guide them through the available services, and ensure a smooth experience throughout their engagement with our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries related to construction services, project details, and timelines via phone, email, and chat in Danish.
• Provide information on construction materials, processes, and consultation services.
• Assist customers with service scheduling, updates, and modifications to existing projects.
• Resolve issues and address any concerns raised by customers efficiently and professionally.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
• Work collaboratively with project managers and teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service delivery.
• Stay updated on construction industry trends and standards to provide informed assistance.

• Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the construction or related industry.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer engagement.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple inquiries at once.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer service.
• Familiarity with construction terms and procedures is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
