This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about the energy industry and committed to providing exceptional customer service. As a customer service representative, you will assist clients with their inquiries and ensure a smooth experience in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries related to energy products, services, and solutions via phone, email, and chat in Danish.
• Provide detailed information on service offerings, pricing, and regulations in the oil and gas sector.
• Assist customers with account management, billing questions, and service issues.
• Resolve complaints and inquiries in a timely and effective manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for future reference.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance overall service delivery and customer experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends and company offerings to provide informed assistance to customers.

• Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the energy or oil & gas industry.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customers' issues effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple inquiries.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and standard computer applications.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
