Job Description - Danish Speaking Customer Service for Healthcare industry

Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for Danish Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the healthcare industry. If you are dedicated to providing excellent service and helping others, this role is perfect for you. You will assist patients and healthcare providers with their inquiries, ensuring that they receive the necessary support and information in a caring and efficient manner.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries regarding healthcare services, patient support, and insurance information via phone, email, and chat in Danish.
  • Assist patients in scheduling appointments, managing their accounts, and understanding treatment procedures.
  • Resolve customer concerns and provide assistance with empathy and professionalism.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about healthcare policies and services to provide accurate information to clients.
  • Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is an advantage.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably within the healthcare sector.
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, empathetic approach.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with care and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in using customer support software and CRM applications.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
