Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries related to travel bookings, accommodations, and tourism services via phone, email, and chat in Danish.
• Provide detailed information about destinations, travel packages, and promotional offers.
• Assist customers with reservation changes, cancellations, and special requests.
• Resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during the customer's experience.
• Document customer interactions accurately for follow-up and reporting purposes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless travel experiences for customers.
• Stay updated on relevant travel regulations and trends to provide informed guidance.

• Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is an advantage.
• Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the hospitality or tourism sector.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to multitask and manage high volumes of inquiries effectively.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and various communication platforms.
• Flexible availability to work shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
