This role is perfect for individuals who are tech-savvy and passionate about providing exceptional customer service. As a representative, you will assist clients with their IT inquiries and ensure they receive support in Danish.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries related to IT products, services, and solutions via phone, email, and chat in Danish.
• Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues and provide guidance on product usage.
• Provide information about new IT solutions, software updates, and available packages.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for follow-up and tracking.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure timely resolution of complex issues.
• Stay informed about industry trends and technology advancements to better assist customers.

• Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the IT sector.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine enthusiasm for technology.
• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
• Aptitude for managing multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is advantageous.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
