Job Description - Danish Speaking Customer Service for Logistics & Supply Chain industry

Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to announce a new opening for Danish Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Logistics & Supply Chain industry. This position presents an excellent opportunity for individuals who are enthusiastic about logistics and are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. You will be integral in assisting clients with their logistics needs, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience in Danish.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries regarding logistics services, shipment tracking, and supply chain solutions through phone, email, and live chat in Danish.
  • Provide detailed information about shipping rates, delivery schedules, and customs regulations.
  • Assist customers in resolving issues and optimizing logistics processes.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance customer knowledge and support.
  • Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is beneficial.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the logistics or supply chain industry.
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric focus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and standard office software.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
