In this position, you will assist customers with their inquiries, helping them navigate through various media options while communicating fluently in Danish.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support by handling inquiries related to media services, subscriptions, and entertainment options through phone, email, and chat in Danish.
• Assist customers with account management, including subscription changes, troubleshooting issues, and billing inquiries.
• Inform customers about new releases, features, and promotions within the media and entertainment sector.
• Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions for future reference and follow-up.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and company offerings to provide relevant information to customers.

• Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the media or entertainment field.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for excellent customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Problem-solving skills and a positive, customer-focused mindset.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and a solid understanding of digital media services.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends, as necessary.
