Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries related to pharmaceuticals, prescriptions, and healthcare products via phone, email, and chat in Danish.
• Provide accurate information regarding product usage, side effects, and regulatory guidelines.
• Assist customers with order placements, tracking, and managing any issues related to their inquiries.
• Document all customer interactions meticulously to maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with various internal teams to resolve complex inquiries effectively.
• Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and healthcare regulations.

• Fluency in Danish (both oral and written) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the pharmaceuticals or healthcare sector, is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a compassionate approach to customer interactions.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capability to handle sensitive inquiries with discretion.
• Attention to detail and a strong organizational mindset.
