Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries regarding real estate listings, properties for sale/rent, and market conditions via phone, email, and chat in Danish.
• Provide detailed information on properties, including features, pricing, and neighborhood insights.
• Assist clients with scheduling viewings, understanding processes, and paperwork related to real estate transactions.
• Handle customer complaints and issues professionally, ensuring a positive experience.
• Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with real estate agents and teams to facilitate transactions effectively.
• Stay updated on real estate trends and developments to provide informed advice to customers.

• Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is beneficial.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the real estate sector.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer service.
• Ability to handle sensitive inquiries with confidentiality and professionalism.
