Danish Speaking Customer Service for Retail industry

Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for Danish Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the retail industry. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about providing outstanding customer experiences and have a love for retail. As a member of our customer service team, you will assist customers with their inquiries and help them navigate their shopping experiences, all while communicating effectively in Danish.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries regarding retail products, orders, and services via phone, email, and chat in Danish.
• Provide detailed information on product availability, pricing, and promotions to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Assist customers with order processing, returns, and exchanges promptly and efficiently.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
• Document customer interactions accurately within our CRM system for future reference.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.
• Stay informed about product knowledge and retail trends to better assist customers.

• Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential; English proficiency is a plus.
• Prior experience in customer service, particularly in the retail sector, is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with a positive attitude.
• Effective multitasking skills and the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is desirable.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
