In this position, you will assist users with their inquiries, providing support and guidance while delivering exceptional service in Danish.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries related to social media services, account management, and user features via phone, email, and chat in Danish.
• Help users understand platform functionalities, privacy settings, and community guidelines.
• Assist in resolving technical issues and escalate more complex problems to the appropriate teams.
• Document customer interactions accurately and maintain records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experiences and service delivery.
• Stay informed on the latest social media trends and platform updates to provide accurate information to users.

• Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the social media or technology sector.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
• Capacity to handle multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and general computer applications.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
