Key Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch customer support to Danish-speaking clients through a variety of communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
• Address inquiries concerning products, services, and company policies accurately and professionally.
• Proactively resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Stay updated on company offerings and industry trends to enhance the quality of support.

• Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is beneficial.
• Previous experience in customer service or support roles is highly preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented approach.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and a proactive disposition.
• Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while effectively collaborating with the team.
