Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess user-generated content across our platforms to identify violations of safety policies.
• Thoroughly investigate reported incidents, leveraging your analytical skills to evaluate data and make informed decisions.
• Work closely with our technical and security teams to shape and enforce safety protocols and policies.
• Compile and present insightful reports on findings to key stakeholders, driving improvements in digital trust and safety.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in digital threats and safety measures to proactively mitigate risks.
• Engage with users to foster awareness and understanding of digital safety best practices.

• Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential; English proficiency is an advantage.
• Previous experience in digital safety, online moderation, or a similar field is preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset with a capability to assess situations and make strategic decisions.
• Exceptional communication skills for relaying safety procedures and insights clearly.
