If you're passionate about health and wellness technology and are fluent in Danish, this role is perfect for you. As a Fitbit Specialist, you will be the key point of contact for Danish-speaking clients, helping them maximize their experience with Fitbit products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert support and advice to customers regarding Fitbit products, including technical assistance and troubleshooting.
• Engage with Danish-speaking clients through various communication channels to address inquiries and resolve issues.
• Educate customers on the features and benefits of Fitbit devices, promoting user engagement and satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions and feedback within our CRM system to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Stay current on the latest Fitbit products, industry trends, and customer needs to provide informed support.

• Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous.
• Previous experience in customer service or technical support roles is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and effectively.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer support.
• Experience with health and fitness technology is a plus.
