Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to Danish-speaking users through phone, email, and chat channels.
• Help customers with inquiries regarding product features, functionalities, and troubleshooting.
• Guide customers through setup processes and resolutions for any product-related issues.
• Document customer interactions thoroughly in our CRM system to ensure accurate records.

• Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Experience in customer support or a similar role is preferred, ideally within technology or consumer products.
