Mercier Consultancy is seeking a highly motivated Danish-Speaking Fintech Customer Support Analyst to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. This role offers a fully paid relocation package to help you transition smoothly to this exciting position.

As a Fintech Customer Support Analyst, you will provide expert assistance to Danish-speaking clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues related to financial technology products and services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and continuous improvement in service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer support to Danish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Analyze and resolve customer issues related to fintech products and services
  • Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and troubleshoot complex problems
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in support systems
  • Provide feedback to product and development teams to enhance customer experience
  • Stay informed about industry trends and fintech innovations
  • Maintain a customer-centric approach and promote positive client relationships
  • Fluency in Danish and English, both spoken and written. Your native language and nationality must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
  • Experience in customer support, preferably within the fintech industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Willingness to relocate to Sofia with full relocation support provided
