# Role Summary\n\nThe Dashboard Product Engineer owns the AIX Dashboard as a product\u2014driving roadmap clarity, stakeholder alignment, and adoption. This hands-on role translates service strategy and customer needs into clear, prioritized requirements and specifications.\n\n# Key Responsibilities\n\n * Own and maintain the Dashboard roadmap beyond current committed releases\n * Define and prioritize backlog items based on customer value and strategy\n * Develop clear, high-quality product requirements in close partnership with engineering\n * Serve as the interface to AGS service engineers, customers, and internal stakeholders\n * Align execution with broader AIX and service roadmaps within defined RACI boundaries\n * Own and document recurring operational processes such as backlog hygiene and API Token workflows\n * Drive adoption through demos, forums, and clear communication of releases\n * Incrementally evolve the Dashboard toward future push-based and agentic delivery models\n\n\n\n# Required Experience\n\n * Experience owning and evolving a product through its lifecycle\n * Strong stakeholder management and prioritization skills\n * Semiconductor industry experience\n * Experience working closely with engineering teams\n\n\n\n# Preferred Experience\n\n * Background as a Services Customer Engineer\n * Experience in semiconductor or service-driven high-tech environments\n * Comfort operating in a matrixed organization\n\n\n\n# Success Profile\n\n * Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable navigating ambiguity\n * Balances near-term delivery with long-term product direction\n * Brings clarity, energy, and ownership to a critical product\n\n\n\n## Qualifications\n\n### Education:\n\nBachelor\u0027s Degree\n\n### Skills\n\n### Certifications:\n\n### Languages:\n\n### Years of Experience:\n\n4 - 7 Years\n\n### Work Experience:\n\n## Additional Information\n\n### \n\n### Shift:\n\n10-Day 8-Hr (United States of America)\n\n### \n\n### Travel:\n\nYes, 10% of the Time\n\n### \n\n### Relocation Eligible:\n\nYes\n\n### Referral Payment Plan:\n\nEmployee Referral (Standard)\n\nU.S. Salary Range:\n\n$128,000.00 - $176,000.00\n\nThe salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members.
