We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data in our databases and systems. The Data Entry Clerk will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity of our data and supporting various administrative functions.
Responsibilities:
Accurately enter and update data into databases and spreadsheets.
Transcribe information from various sources into digital formats.
Maintain organized records and files to ensure easy retrieval of information.
Assist with administrative tasks related to data management.
Collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems.
Experience:
Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role is preferred.
Familiarity with databases and office software, particularly Excel, is essential.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Basic math skills are required for performing calculations within spreadsheets.
Experience with pivot tables or other advanced Excel functions is a plus.
