Description

Compass Controls Manufacturing partners with OEMs to create tailored printed circuit boards (PCBs). We collaborate closely with our clients to design electronic solutions from scratch or enhance existing designs for better performance, reliability, and manufacturing efficiency.  

Performs data entry and maintains data logs to support the design, production, and delivery of products. Ensures accuracy, efficiency, and retrieval of processed data through the use of a combination of spreadsheets and system reports. Assist with the planning and distribution of manufacturing orders to meet production schedules.

Requirements

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform general administrative duties to support operations, engineering, and production teams.
• Ensure up to date data spreadsheets to support production, purchasing, and shipping (forecast, WIP, shortage reports, waste, etc). Compile reports that describe and interpret findings and analyses.
• Assist in inventory control documentation: tracking of raw materials, components, and finished goods.
• Complete source data verification to confirm completeness and accuracy.
• Upload production documentation in timely manner (production travelers, purchase orders, etc).
• Assist processing and coordination of new BOMs (bill of materials) or changes as directed.
• Monitor and document scrap, report monthly activity.
• Assist in data maintenance and updates in suppliers, components, and other materials at the direction of director and engineering.
• Manage and execute various ad-hoc project requests.
• Assist and backup routine purchasing operations as directed.
• Assist with administrative functions to support company operations.
