The Data Analyst will solve complex problems by using industry-standard and proprietary tools, exploring datasets and consolidating views from regulators, market experts, sales, and top-tier financial institutions. You will engage in the entire client lifecycle, from client onboarding to daily client support with the development of bespoke solutions for our clients.
This role combines analytical work with a strong client-facing component and requires building a solid understanding of capital markets, financial instruments, and regulatory frameworks.
Key responsibilities:
Client Implementation - Analyse clients' data and collaborate with developers to build custom solutions for clients ranging from top-tier banks to investment firms in various locations
Data-Driven Decision Making - Investigate various data sets using a range of tools to make data-driven decisions
Client Engagement - Offer product demonstrations, lead client onboardings and manage errors to ensure a seamless service delivery
Quality Assurance - Ensure the usability, quality and delivery of features and the product as a whole
Continuous Improvement - Analyse and understand the needs and priorities of clients to build a better product
Requirements
Candidate Requirements:
University degree in Finance, Computer Science, Informatics, Engineering, Mathematics or any other related field
Experience in Data Analytics, Data Science or Business Intelligence
Ability to communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience
Knowledge of SQL
Knowledge of a programming language will be considered an advantage (Python, JavaScript)
Experience in the Financial Services industry or knowledge of Financial Instruments and Markets will be considered an advantage
Knowledge of trade and transaction reporting (EMIR, MiFIR, SFTR etc.) will be considered a bonus
