Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in the real estate industry

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze large datasets

- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and Tableau

- Experience with data visualization and dashboard creation

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders

- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment
