Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis. The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing large datasets to provide insights and recommendations to support our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect, organize, and analyze large datasets from various sources, including but not limited to sales data, market trends, and customer demographics

- Develop and maintain data models, databases, and reporting systems to support business operations and decision-making

- Identify trends and patterns in data to provide insights and recommendations to support business goals

- Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and provide regular updates to stakeholders

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions

- Continuously monitor data quality and integrity to ensure accuracy and consistency

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting to drive innovation and efficiency within the company

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field

- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role

- Proficient in data mining, cleaning, and manipulation using SQL, Excel, and other data analysis tools

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful insights

- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders

- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and data integrity

- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
