Position Overview:

As a Data Analyst at Jonesbororealtycompany, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to provide valuable insights and support decision-making processes. You will work closely with our sales, marketing, and operations teams to gather, organize, and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect, organize, and analyze large sets of data from multiple sources, including sales, marketing, and operational data

- Develop and maintain databases and data systems to track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs)

- Identify trends and patterns in data and present findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven strategies and make recommendations for process improvements

- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track KPIs and provide regular updates to management

- Develop and implement data quality assurance processes to ensure accuracy and completeness of data

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis to continuously improve processes and methods

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field

- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in the real estate industry

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy

- Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively

- Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment, managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines

- Knowledge of real estate industry trends and practices is a plus
