Key Responsibilities:

- Collect, organize, and analyze large datasets from various sources, including sales, marketing, and financial data.

- Develop and maintain databases, data systems, and data analytics tools.

- Identify trends and patterns in data and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.

- Create reports and visualizations to present data findings to stakeholders.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and develop data-driven solutions.

- Develop and implement data collection and analysis processes to improve data accuracy and efficiency.

- Identify and troubleshoot data issues and provide recommendations for resolution.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.

- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a real estate or related industry.

- Strong knowledge of data mining, data cleaning, and data visualization techniques.

- Proficient in SQL, Excel, and data analysis tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

- Experience with statistical analysis and modeling.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
