DATA ANALYST

Position Overview:

As a Data Analyst at SIKKY Manufacturing, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large sets of data to help drive business decisions. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to identify trends, create reports, and provide insights that will guide our company's strategy and growth. This is a full-time position with the opportunity for growth and advancement within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect, organize, and analyze large sets of data from various sources, including sales, marketing, and production data

- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and provide insights to stakeholders

- Identify trends and patterns in data to help drive business decisions and improve processes

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide actionable insights

- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

- Continuously monitor data quality and make recommendations for improvements

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field

- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a manufacturing or automotive industry

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze large sets of data

- Proficient in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio

- Experience with SQL and database management

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R is a plus
