Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our growing team. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing data to provide valuable insights and support decision-making processes. Key Responsibilities:

- Collect and organize data from various sources, including sales, production, and customer feedback

- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations

- Develop and maintain databases and data systems

- Create reports and visualizations to present data findings

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions

- Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations based on data analysis

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field

- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a manufacturing or automotive industry

- Proficient in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Attention to detail and ability to handle large datasets

- Knowledge of programming languages (e.g. Python, R) is a plus
