Job Overview:

As a Data Analyst at SIKKY MANUFACTURING, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's success by providing valuable insights and recommendations based on data analysis. You will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing large sets of data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. Your findings and recommendations will be used to inform strategic business decisions and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect, organize, and analyze large sets of data from various sources, including sales, marketing, and production data

- Develop and maintain databases and data systems to ensure accuracy and accessibility of data

- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to provide insights and recommendations to the management team

- Create reports and dashboards to present data in a clear and concise manner

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and develop solutions to improve data collection and analysis processes

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting

- Communicate complex data findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field

- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a manufacturing or automotive industry

- Proficient in data analysis tools and techniques, such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, and Python

- Experience with data visualization and creating reports and dashboards

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Attention to detail and ability to work with large sets of data

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
