DATA ANALYST

Job Title: Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team at Dayton Roger's Contract. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing large sets of data to help drive business decisions and improve overall performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources

- Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights

- Develop and maintain databases and data systems

- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track key metrics

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and provide analytical support

- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

- Continuously monitor data quality and integrity

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field

- 2+ years of experience in data analysis or a similar role

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI

- Experience with data mining and data cleansing techniques

- Knowledge of statistical methods and techniques

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Attention to detail and ability to handle large datasets

- Strong time management and organizational skills
