Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret large sets of data. The Data Analyst will be responsible for providing insights and recommendations to help our clients make informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect, analyze, and interpret large sets of data from multiple sources

- Develop and maintain databases, data systems, and data analytics tools

- Identify trends, patterns, and correlations in data to provide valuable insights

- Create visualizations and reports to effectively communicate data findings to clients

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions

- Monitor data quality and ensure data accuracy and consistency

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to increase efficiency and accuracy of data analysis

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field

- 2+ years of experience in data analysis

- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)

- Experience with data modeling and data mining techniques

- Knowledge of statistical methods and data analysis techniques

- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously

- Experience in the contract services industry is a plus
