responsibilities:

Develop Be Planet costing model framework and analysis templates to identify

cost impact at yarn, fabric, and finished good stages.

Objective: Work with RM Innovation, Product Sustainability and Packaging, Global

Sourcing and Merchandise Planning to create a Be Planet costing model framework and

analysis template that models the IMU impact of switching to new RM Innovation inputs

at different stages of the value chain.

Areas of Support:

? Evaluate and build upon methodology completed to calculate be planet IMU

impact.

? Create templates that allow business to understand the implication of different

costs and utilization percentages at different stages of the supply chain.

? Determine how to incorporate for wastages at polymer, spinning, fabric and

finished good stages.

? Determine what information leadership requires at each stage and create data

visualization template for each phase of the supply chain.

? Determine how to share volume impacts with product sustainability and climate

teams to input impact into their models/business reporting.

? Work with cross functional analysists to ensure inputs and methodologies are

consistent.

? Work closely with Global Sourcing and Merchandise planning teams to ensure

inputs and methodologies are consistent.

Develop Be Planet LRP contribution and reconciliation framework and templates

Objective: Work with RM Innovation, Product Sustainability, Global Sourcing and

Merchandise Planning to create a model to reserve annual Bps for increases coming

from Be Planet innovations and redevelopments. Create model to determine long term,

medium term and seasonal reconciliation of Be Planet cost impacts to understand if cost

increases actualize to plan.

Areas of Support:

? Work with RM Innovation and Product Sustainability to determine forecast for

future Be Planet cost impacts and improve and document process.

? Determine how to incorporate specific style conversions into Be Planet LRP

forecast.

? Work with Merchandise Planning to ensure methodology fits into their annual

LRP updates and reporting.

? Identfiy how to consistently reconcile annual or seasonal Be Planet adoption

against LRP and separate Be Planet costs from other cost factors such as fit, RM

fibre cost, FG costs etc.

? Create template to easily model different scenarios and impacts.

Provide ad hoc Be Planet cost/IMU analysis to support decision making.

Objective: Work with RM Innovation and Product Sustainability to determine the cost

impact of be planet adoption on an ad hoc basis depending as required.

Areas of Support:

? Use developed templates to evaluate the cost impact of switching to a be

planet innovation or alternative in a timely fashion as required.

? Prioritize urgent request to support with time sensitive leadership decision

making.

? Work with Sourcing and merchandise planning to request data inputs

required to provide cost impact analysis.

? Reach out to cross functional teams to provided required data inputs to

support cost analysis.

? Provide cost impact analysis using identified templates and data visualization

for different areas of the supply chain.
