Data Analyst, Adult Education - Growth-Minded Organization

The Opportunity: PLA Data Analysts should have a thorough understanding of the adult education industry and experience as a data analyst or similar role. They will retrieve and analyze data from multiple sources to facilitate reports, planning, accountability, and performance improvements across all PLA University locations. Analysts will spearhead research and special projects to advance strategic initiatives, demonstrating strong problem-solving abilities, innovative thinking, and proactive approaches aligned with the organization's long-term objectives.

The Details:

Key Deliverables:

• Responsible for creating comprehensive reports for all locations, covering invoicing, funding, enrollment, retention and graduation rates, and other key performance indicators
• Ability to respond to ad hoc report requests in a timely manner
• Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Work collaboratively with Salesforce consultants and act as the internal administrator for Salesforce and all customer relationship management systems, including overseeing configuration, customization, troubleshooting, and user training
•  Provide internal technical support, troubleshooting system-related issues, and implementing enhancements and upgrades as necessary
•  Continuous evaluation of reporting processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and data accuracy
• Lead research initiatives and special projects to improve student outcomes and support the organization’s strategic objectives
•  Experience in project management, defining project scope, establishing measurable time segments, and monitoring projects to completion
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, recommend innovative solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders across departments to drive continuous improvement initiatives

Experience and Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in data analytics preferred 
• Three (3) years of work-related experience in a related field, including database management and experience using Salesforce
• Familiarity with federal, state, and local workforce development programming
• Knowledge of WIOA and SNAP funding models and metrics

Compensation and Benefits: 

PLA Data Analysts receive a base salary competitively aligned to the market. In addition to a base salary, Data Analysts receive: 

• Starting Salary: $50,000-$60,000/ annually
• Benefits – Healthcare, vision, and dental insurance
