Job Description:

As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing analytical support for business planning and decision-making processes. You will be responsible for developing Power BI reporting and dashboards, analyzing financial and operational data, updating pricing models, and assisting with ad-hoc data requests for business planning and board meetings.

Essential Job Functions:

•Develop Power BI reporting and dashboards for all departments based on financial and operational data.

•Analyze financial and operational data, create models, dashboards, and reporting for decision support.

•Provide analytical support for business planning and development of short and long-range financial and business plans.

•Update pricing models to support pricing decisions.

•Provide data and analysis for the CFO and business leaders to drive key business initiatives and analyze/report the financial impact on the business.

•Assist with ad-hoc data requests for business planning and board meetings.

•Develop, monitor, and drive deeper understanding of KPIs across the company.

•Generate and analyze price performance reports and engagement planning models to ensure optimal effectiveness of resources and execution of pricing strategy.

•Other special projects as requested.

•Bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, analytics, technology, economics, finance, or related field.

•Proficiency in Power BI and MS Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and index/match.

•Knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 is preferred.

•Business partnering mindset with a lifetime learner mentality.

•Ability to take ownership, show initiative, and communicate effectively.

•Strong work ethic, organizational skills, and attention to detail.

•Knowledge of Dynamics F& O or other ERP systems is a strong plus.

•Comprehensive knowledge of GAAP.
