DATA ANALYST DEPARTMENT

Position: Data Analyst

Jonesbororealtycompany is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing large sets of data in order to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will inform business decisions and strategies. This is a full time, permanent position within our company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect, organize, and analyze large sets of data from various sources

- Identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions and strategies

- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and provide insights to stakeholders

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide recommendations for data-driven solutions

- Conduct data quality checks and ensure data integrity

- Develop and maintain data models and databases

- Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field

- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a real estate or related industry

- Proficiency in SQL and experience with data querying and manipulation

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI

- Knowledge of statistical analysis and data mining techniques

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
