DATA ANALYST DEPERTMENT

Position: Data Analyst

Jonesbororealtycompany is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing large sets of data to provide valuable insights and recommendations to our company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect and analyze large sets of data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights

- Develop and maintain databases, data systems, and data analytics tools to support business operations

- Create data visualizations and reports to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and develop solutions to address business challenges

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency through data analysis

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis to continuously improve our data strategy

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field

- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a real estate or related industry

- Proficient in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data in a clear and concise manner

- Experience with data mining, cleaning, and manipulation techniques

- Knowledge of statistical methods and predictive modeling is a plus

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively
