Position Overview:
As a Data Analyst at Naked & Thriving, you will play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making and operational efficiency. You will build dashboards, own, and manage Google Analytics, collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze data, identify trends, and provide valuable insights that inform business strategies and optimize performance.

Responsibilities:

Collect, clean, and manipulate large datasets from various sources to ensure data integrity and accuracy.

Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that provide valuable insights into business performance.
·

Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics dashboards to track and report on business performance.
·

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, define analytical objectives, and deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
·

Design and implement data visualization tools and techniques to communicate complex data findings in a clear and compelling manner.
·

Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analytics and data visualization.

Qualifications:
·

Must have strong Google Analytics experience.
·

Ability to create and own dashboards.
·

Prior experience in e-commerce required.
·

Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, with a strong track record of data analysis and interpretation.
·

Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages.
·

Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
·

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
·

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
·

Detail-oriented with a passion for data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
·

Adept at self-managing.
·

Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and techniques is a plus.
·

This is a high visibility role that will have consistent exposure to C-suite/executive level.
·

Experience being responsible for a ground up approach in an entrepreneurial environment and presenting both granular and macro in sights required.
·

Requires a proven track record of consistent employment tenure and stability in previous roles.
·

Beauty or FMCG experience preferred but not mandatory.
