Job Description

This customer facing position will support information management initiatives at CHW.
Responsibilities include providing consultation, data and data analysis to be used for decision making in an efficient and timely manner.
Collaborates with users at all levels across the health system to provide effective consultation and analysis for reports while offering recommendations for enhancement of data sources and BI solutions consistent with organizational needs and expectations.
Job Requirements

High School Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred.
Minimum of 3 years related experience.
Exhibits the aptitude in the following Korn Ferry Competencies: Collaborates, Manages Complexity, Nimble Learning, and Instills Trust.
Requires proficiency in one or more programming languages, SQL coding preferred.
Knowledge of Epic Clarity, Reporting Workbench and Business Intelligence strongly preferred.
Strong analytical skills with experience in the evaluation of data integrity and its associated improvement work as well as senior executive reporting.
Advanced communication skills and the ability to effectively work with physicians, nurses and administrators.
The ability to translate clinical requirements to data querying logic.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively work with multiple departments and external organizations.
