What You'll Do

In this role, you'll work primarily with Flatiron’s Data Capabilities team to maintain operational tools and metrics that support our real world evidence deliveries and the needs of our customers, and perform analyses in order to improve these processes. • Develop, document, and maintain metrics for operations teams

  • Surface analytic insights to operations teams through the development and support of data tools and dashboards

  • Work with cross-functional stakeholders to define experiments and projects using data to support internal processes or prioritize internal software feature requests

  • Generate ideas for analyses to shape future projects, contributing to a pipeline of opportunities that will help Flatiron achieve its ambitious goals

The Data Analyst will work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders, from Clinical Quality Managers, Clinical Data Analysts, Abstraction Operations, Data Scientists, and other members of Flatiron's Evidence Organization.

You're excited by the prospect of rolling up your sleeves to tackle meaningful problems each and every day. You’re a kind, passionate and collaborative problem-solver who seeks and gives candid feedback, and values the chance to make an important impact.

  • You are a self-starter who can independently prioritize and address problems in a highly ambiguous environment

  • You are a clear and confident communicator who can break down complex data analysis to tell a compelling story

  • You are comfortable working with remote teams

If this sounds like you, you'll fit right in at Flatiron.
