Data & AI Adoption Leader

The Data and AI Adoption leader is a pivotal role in driving the adoption and effective use of our Data & AI products across the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products are maximized to their full potential. This role will also involve assisting teams in adapting to new processes, identifying barriers to adoption, and tracking the impact and business value of our initiatives. 

A taster of what you will be involved with: 

• Ensure that Data & AI products are used effectively, understood by all stakeholders, and deliver maximum value


• Assist teams in adapting to new processes and act as a potential change manager to facilitate smooth transitions


• Foster a data-driven mindset and improve data literacy across the organization, building and executing training plans


• Manage rollout initiatives from planning to execution, ensuring and tracking value materalisation


• Identify barriers and pain points that hinder the adoption of Data & AI products and work with product and engineering teams to identify the best solution


• Track the impact, business value, and key performance indicators (KPIs) of Data & AI initiatives


• Report on progress and showcase the benefits of Data & AI products internally and to the business


• Conduct workshops to showcase teams on the use and benefits of Data & AI products


• Liase with partners to explore new products and solutions

What we are looking for

• Bachelors degree in computer science or related field


• 3+ years of proven experience in product adoption and transformation, particularly in implementing and promoting the adoption of new technologies within an organization 


• Strong understanding of change and project management principles


• Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills to identify and overcome barriers to adoption


• Familiarity with multiple Data & AI technology stacks 


• PMP or Prince2 certification is a plus 


• Excellent communication, presentation skills, and ability to conduct workshops


• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with business, tech, and engineering teams, and lead working groups


• Self-starter mindset, analytical approach, and positive "can-do" attitude
