In this role, you will significantly impact our project management and consulting division by driving data-driven decision-making and optimizing processes. Your expertise in data analytics will help in developing dashboards, monitoring project performance, and enhancing workflows. Collaborating with various stakeholders, you'll ensure that our team has the essential data and insights needed to make informed decisions efficiently. Accountabilities
- Develop and maintain dashboards to visualize key performance metrics using Power BI.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify relevant KPIs and create insightful reports.
- Set up monitoring systems to track project performance and resource utilization.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Analyze existing workflows and implement process enhancements to streamline operations.
- Maintain a centralized knowledge repository for best practices and project documentation.
- Participate in internal projects to deliver efficient ways of working.
Requirements
- Completed university studies in business, economics, mathematics, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of professional experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools, particularly Power BI.
- Experience with Sharepoint, Confluence, and other collaboration platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Knowledge of project management and project accounting processes.
- Very good spoken and written English.
