Education | Bachelor’s degree or combination of equivalent education and work experience
Mandatory Skills
- Experience | 10+ years of experience with Data Governance/Management
- Experience | Experience in the architecture, design, and implementation of Medicaid-related data warehouse systems is preferred
- Experience | Excellent understanding of data administration and management functions (collection, organization, analysis, distribution etc.)
- Experience | Demonstrated experience with modern data management tools (e.g. Informatica, Collibra, Trillium, etc.)
- Experience | 10+ years of experience with logical data modeling and data architectural processes
- Experience | Demonstrated experience with data modeling tools (e.g. ERWin, ER Studio, Embarcadero, etc.)
- Experience | Experience with healthcare claims data and payment policies
- Experience | Experience with HIPAA rules and regulations
- Ability | Mid-level understanding of data structures, integration, and relational database design
- Experience | Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word etc.)
- Experience | Excellent stakeholder-facing and internal communication skills
- Ability | Ability to quickly earn the trust of peers and key stakeholders; mobilize and motivate teams; set direction and approach; resolve conflict; deliver tough messages with grace; execute with limited information and ambiguity
- Ability | Ability to navigate matrix organizations effectively
