Data Billing Specialist

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Data Billing Specialist who will support our clients billing team by performing data entry work. This individual will be responsible for entering data into computer databases, managing and maintaining effective record keeping, and organizing files to collect information for future use. They are also responsible for ensuring the accuracy of data input and reviewing data for deficiencies or errors.

-Set up billing schedules

-Process high volume requests with quick turnarounds

-Ensure the accuracy of data input and reviewing data for deficiencies or errors.

-Compile, verify accuracy, and sort information to prepare source data for computer entry

-Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities, and check output

-Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents

-Update customer and client information

-Collaborate with finance billing team

-Troubleshoot data related issues

Skills and Requirements

-High School Diploma

-2+ years experience with Data Entry

-Intermediate Excel skills

-Strong time management skills -Billing experience

-Previous experience working remotely

-Workday PSA experience null
